We are a relationship ministry now mainly operating on line.
We value practical support and work in partnership with other organisations, volunteers and the occasional contractor to carry out specialist roles.
Our supporters are a valued asset to the ministry and over the years have proved their worth whether they be trustees, directors, paid or unpaid, contractors or volunteers or sharing in or supporting ministry in the humblest possible way. Expenses will always be offered, and reimbursed when agreed.
This page will shortly contain a history of how supporters have enabled this ministry to thrive on Christian principles
Below we also give details of current opportunities known to be specifically needed at this time although we are also open to other offers of help.

Practical Support for C&M Ministries: Winter 2024
1. Proof Reading:
We are planning to produce a number of new books this year; anyone with proof reading skills would be very welcome to join our team of volunteers who help us check publications before they go to print.
2. Book Previews:
We are gradually expanding the collection of books accessible in the resource section of our website. We hope to be able to include previews for each book to give readers more information. If you would like to help us to produce these previews, please let us know.
3. Digitalising OHPs, DVDs, Videos and Teaching Tapes:
We have a large collection of material that needs to be converted into jpg or MP3 format – if you have the skills and time to help us with this, we would love to hear from you. We are happy to provide a scanner if you don't have access to one.
4. Checking, editing and completing audio and video files:
Some material has already been digitalised into MP3 or MP4 format and now needs to be checked and edited before we upload it to our website.
5. Production and presentation of specific series of papers:
The Ministry has produced many series of teaching papers in the past; these now need to be collated and digitally formatted ready for presentation on the website.
6. Updating and maintaining the resources catalogues:
If you are familiar with excel spreadsheets and have the occasional hour to spare, perhaps you could help keep our resources catalogues up to date? We hope to eventually catalogue all our documents, audios, and videos to allow for easy access and linking to the website.
7. Website checking:
Our website is constantly being expanded with new pages being added; these pages need checking for typos, inconsistencies and improvements. If you are able to offer occasional help scrutinising our website pages, we would love to hear from you.
8. Supporting those with no internet access:
We try to keep in touch with our supporters who are unable to use the internet; please let us know if you could help us keep in contact with them, collecting memories and sending out an annual postal mailing.
For more details please complete the on-line form on the Practical Support page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
