This book was written following the discovery of the links of the Thornton Family and the Clapham Sect when they rebuilt Moggerhanger House, a grade 1 listed building in Bedfordshire, England, When the House was given to a Christian Ministry in 1993 to restore it to use as a Conference Centre, research was carried out for the Spiritual Reopening ceremony in 2004.
