Under the auspices of PWM, BCGA and CCM four Evangelical Christians from within different branches of the Charismatic Movement undertook a review of the history and direction it was taking when it was at its height in the 1990s. Of special interest and concern was the impact being made by the Toronto Blessing considered to be a Child of its Age. Its roots are explored alongside the role of both Prophecy and Renewal at that time.
